Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Structural Engineering New Graduate in Urbandale, IA to work with a team of engineers on design, analysis, and project documentation. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth from day one within a 100% employee-owned culture.

You will support development of structural documents, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to projects across structural, commercial, and institutional work while aligning with SE2050 sustainability

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering required.
• Familiarity with structural analysis and design tools and software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems using various materials and tools.
