IMEG is seeking a Structural Engineering New Graduate in Minneapolis, MN to work with experienced engineers, delivering design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship from day one.

You will assist with structural analysis, develop documents for structural systems, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals while supporting sustainable design and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• None of prior work experience required for this entry-level role.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems and prepare calculations.
• Communicate with clients and team to gather project requirements and provide clear updates.
• Support project planning, scheduling and budget adherence.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress.
• Contribute to sustainable design goals and IMEG quality standards.
• Participate in quality control processes and project team collaboration.
