Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for our Nurse Residency Program. This full-time role supports your transition from student to professional nurse with a structured, mentorship-focused orientation and a year-long cohort.

Formación

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
• 0-6 months RN experience
• American Heart Association BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences

• Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations
