Job summary

Lifepoint Health is offering a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, North Carolina. This full-time role provides a year-long cohort with fellow new graduates, dedicated preceptors, simulation experiences, and rotations through specialty areas.

A $10,000 commitment-incentive bonus is included, with mentorship and ongoing education to help launch your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement).
• 0-6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, evidence-based care with the support of experienced preceptors.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape patient experiences.
• Leveraging clinical tools to support patient well-being.
• Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations.
• Building confidence and competence through hands-on practice and mentorship.
