Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN), New Graduate for a Nurse Residency Program. You will join a mission-driven team focused on growing your clinical skills while transitioning from student to professional nurse.

The program includes a year-long cohort, dedicated preceptors, simulation experiences, and rotations through multiple specialty areas to build a solid foundation for your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program.
• 0-6 months RN experience.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, evidence-based care with the support of experienced preceptors.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences.
• Leveraging advanced technology and clinical tools to support patient well-being.
• Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations.
• Building confidence and competence through hands-on practice and mentorship
