Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or eligibility in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Nursing diploma (ADN) or higher from an accredited program.
• 0–6 months RN experience; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care with the support of experienced preceptors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences.
• Leverage clinical tools and technology to support patient well-being.
