Lifepoint Health’s Wilson Medical Center is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new graduate RNs who complete their program by December 2026. This full‑time opportunity provides a structured year‑long cohort, dedicated preceptors, simulation experiences, and specialty rotations to build a strong clinical foundation.

Participants receive a $10,000 commitment incentive bonus, earn CEs for licensure renewal, and benefit from ongoing mentorship from a nurse educator as they transition into

Competenze

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in an NLC state.
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program.
• 0–6 months RN experience.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement).
