Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Missouri is seeking a Critical Care Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care, performing accurate hand-offs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. BLS is required, ACLS/NIHSS/PCCN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.
• Required certifications: BLS; preferred ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN.
