Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma or BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate hand-offs and bedside shift reports for patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
