You will work with experienced nurse leaders, engage in monthly education sessions, and participate in evidence-based projects to develop competencies for safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• RN license in the state.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and with each shift.
• Document care in the medical record timely and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and medications.
