Job summary

Wesley Healthcare in Wichita, KS is offering a year-long RN Residency Program designed to bridge classroom learning with hands-on patient care. This paid program supports new graduate nurses through structured education, mentorship, and evidence‑based practice projects.

Sponsorship (EB3 Visa) is provided for eligible international graduates who meet requirements, with start dates listed throughout fall and winter; relocation to Wichita is coordinated through the program.

Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Other Certifications may be required during employment.
• No previous experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests.
• Teach patients, families and caregivers about condition, status, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
