Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking RN Residents for a year‑long HCA Healthcare Residency Program that guides new graduates from student nurse to registered nurse with mentorship and hands‑on training.

You will gain advanced clinical training, participate in monthly education, complete preceptorship, and work with nurse leaders to support patient‑centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• RN license or eligibility as a Graduate Nurse in the state.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and participate in ongoing care under supervision.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Provide patient and family teaching using established nursing models.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure evidence‑based practice.
• Engage in preceptorship activities and hands‑on simulations.
