The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care under supervision, with emphasis on assessing, performing procedures, medication administration, and patient education. Eligible graduates begin with the February cohort in 2027 and may travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment.
• Graduate Nurse or RN License in the state.
• No prior experience required.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care as ordered.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up.
