Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence based practice.
• Provides patient and family centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Collaborates with the care team to coordinate care and uphold standards of care and ethics.
