Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) in patient care.
• Provides patient- and family-centered care, respecting cultural diversity and involving significant others as appropriate.
• Participates in unit-based orientation and Nurse Residency Program (NRP) sessions to support professional development.
