Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a New Grad RN for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic. The role supports adult and pediatric facial surgery and neurocranial patients, assisting with in-clinic visits, wounds, drains, sutures, chart reviews, and pending orders.

You will handle patient calls and MyChart messages, prioritizing care with critical thinking in a collaborative team. ADN is required with BSN preferred; RN license and CPR active at hire. 40-hour day shift.

Qualificações

• ADN required; BSN preferred; must matriculate into BSN program per nursing guidelines
• RN license required at time of hire
• Active CPR required at time of hire
• New graduate nurse who wants to work in an outpatient clinic as a part of an innovative team

Responsabilidades

• The RN supports adult and pediatric facial surgery and neurocranial patients and team, assisting patients and providers with in-clinic visits, addressing wounds, drains, sutures, chart reviews, and pending orders.
• The RN also addresses patient calls and MyChart messages, using critical thinking and prioritization skills to triage patient needs.
