Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• NCCPA certification.
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited PA program.
• Must be licensed as a PA in MD or eligible in another state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain licensure and certification during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physical exams.
• Perform medical screening exams.
• Assign a diagnosis.
• Order diagnostic tests.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic therapies.
• Record patient progress notes.
• Provide consultations and teaching to patients and families.
