Wilson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Nurse Residency Program in Wilson, North Carolina. This full-time position offers new graduates a $20,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus and a supportive cohort model to transition into nursing.

Qualifications

• Adult Behavioral Health Unit – build therapeutic communication skills and support patients with mental health needs
• Women’s Services (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum) – maternal, newborn, and gynecological care
• Emergency Department – dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong provider‑nurse collaboration
• Endoscopy – assist with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures and develop procedural nursing skills

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
• 0–6 months RN experience
• American Heart Association BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)
