Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama in Montgomery is seeking an RN Graduate to provide shift supervision and coordinate patient care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and deliver high-quality care.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree, with BSN preferred. Regular full-time, third shift 7 on/7 off; eligibility for additional certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care; perform assigned duties within scope.
