Job summary
Duke University Health System seeks a Registered Nurse (New Grad) to join the Float Pool across Medical/Surgical units at Duke University Hospital and affiliated campuses. You will support a dynamic team and gain broad clinical experiences.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma acceptable.
- Current NC RN license or compact licensure to practice in NC.
- BLS Certification required.
- New Grad RN welcome; August/December grads considered.
- If no BSN, enroll in BSN program within two years and complete within seven years of start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide care across Medical/Surgical units in Duke Health Float Pool.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families according to the nursing care plan.
- Flexibly adapt to multiple units and patient populations.
