Responsabilités

• Direct patient care as part of the dialysis team, under nurse supervision.
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians and delegate tasks to DC staff.
• Educate patients on ESRD, dialysis therapy, and treatment adherence.
• Document patient care, treatments, and assessments accurately in the Medical Information System.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.
