Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Applicant to join the hemodialysis health care team under the supervision of a Staff RN, ensuring daily provision of quality patient care in accordance with FMC policies and procedures.

This role involves patient education on ESRD and dialysis therapy, collaboration with the care team, and active participation in CQI activities to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient care by coordinating with staff to deliver safe, efficient dialysis therapy.
• Assesses daily patient needs and supports staff training and orientation.
• Provides patient education on ESRD, dialysis, diet, medications, and treatment schedules.
• Documents assessments, treatments, and education in the Medical Information System.
• Participates in CQI activities and ensures compliance with FMC policies and regulatory requirements.
