Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs Patient Care Technician’s delivery of safe, effective dialysis under supervision.
• Assesses daily patient care needs and assigns appropriate tasks to care staff.
• Provides safe and effective delivery of ESRD patient care and dialysis therapy.
• Implements prescribed dialysis treatment parameters and communicates results to the team.
• Maintains thorough medical records and documentation in the Medical Information System.
