Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must obtain nursing license and registration within state regulations or 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs Patient Care Technician’s provision of safe and effective dialysis therapy.
• Educates patients on ESRD, dialysis, diet, fluids and medications.
• Transcribes physician orders and manages documentation in Medical Information System.
• Participates in CQI activities and collaborates with the healthcare team.
