Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver individualized nursing care for residents on the day shift in Luverne, MN. The role coordinates with families and a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care plans.

The position offers competitive hourly wages (RN $39+; LPN $28.75+) and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Requires applicable nursing licensure and commitment to resident care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
