Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license active in the state of practice (or multistate license).
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to plan, provide, and evaluate resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
