Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time day shifts. The RN/LPN will provide comprehensive nursing care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with the care team to plan and evaluate resident care.

This role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 36 hours per week. Licensure requirements include an unencumbered RN license and a relevant nursing degree; benefits are provided as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education with residents and families.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
