Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking RN or LPN to provide individualized nursing care on day shift, 36 hours weekly, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The RN handles comprehensive care coordination with residents, families and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications include graduation from a nationally accredited program, RN license in good standing, and a preference for a BSN. This role may involve charge nurse duties and staff delegation as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board and/or multistate license for NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
