University Hospitals Pain Management in Cleveland is seeking a first-year RN to join the Lerner Tower 3 Cardiothoracic unit. As a New Grad RN, you will receive a Nurse Residency Program to support your Transition to Practice and work in a Magnet Recognized academic teaching hospital.

You will deliver age-specific nursing care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

Job description

Lerner Tower 3 is a 30 bed, adult, cardiothoracic surgery step-down unit with full telemetry capabilities. The diagnoses seen here include postop cardiac surgery, CABG and valve surgeries, and heart and lung transplants
