University Hospitals Pain Management in Cleveland is seeking a first-year RN to join the Lerner Tower 3 Cardiothoracic unit. As a New Grad RN, you will receive a Nurse Residency Program to support your Transition to Practice and work in a Magnet Recognized academic teaching hospital.

You will deliver age-specific nursing care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
