Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a Respiratory Therapist (new grad) to join the Respiratory Care Main team. The role offers a full-time, 0.9 FTE schedule with nights shifts and hourly pay between $31.61 and $47.41, depending on experience.

Expect mentoring and professional development opportunities in a high-volume clinical setting. New grads will have access to mentoring programs to increase competency at the point of care, opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC.
• Colorado Respiratory Therapist licensure.
• BLS certification required; CPR for the Professional Rescuer accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per respiratory therapy protocols to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and safety.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Support continuous learning and evidence-based practice within the unit.
