Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in line with established clinical protocols and care plans.
• Bathe, reposition, and mobilize patients with dignity.
• Recognize and escalate changes in patient status promptly.
• Build on 5 of healthcare experience to elevate standards of care.
• Hand off at shift change using SBAR, leaving zero gaps for the incoming Respiratory Therapist.
