You will work in the Respiratory Care Main department, using ventilator management and evidence-based practices to support patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position emphasizes safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• RRT registered with NBRC and state licensure required.
• BLS certification in-hand before start date; renewals by AHA.
• NRP within 1 year if NICU; PALS within 1 year if ED.
• On-site clinical responsibilities in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in a technologically complex setting.
• Manage ventilator integration and airway management across care levels.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed.
