Job summary

You will operate ventilators, administer therapies, and educate patients while maintaining equipment and ensuring safety. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($33.05–$49.60), shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including loan forgiveness and tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program with an associate degree.
• RCP license and NBRC credentials as required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• No experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uses respiratory therapy processes to assess patients with pulmonary diagnostics and related tests.
• Operates ventilators in critical and non-critical care settings; assists physicians with procedures.
• Delivers medication therapies as prescribed and follows patient protocols.
• Maintains and troubleshoots equipment; ensures safety and proper functionality.
• Educates patients on therapy purpose, technique, and self-care.
