Phoenixville Hospital is seeking new graduate nurses to join our team through a Nurse Residency program, offering 12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend and every other holiday. The hospital welcomes Diploma, ASN, or BSN graduates to apply and grow within Tower Health.

New graduates will benefit from a structured Nurse Residency Program, robust onboarding, and mentorship, with extensive clinical training across Med-Surg/Telemetry and Progressive Care units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diploma, ASN, or BSN (required).
• PA Temporary Practice Permit or PA RN License.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
• Deliver nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Perform patient tests and administer medications within RN scope.
