Job summary

Tower Health's Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA is looking for an experienced nurse leader to coordinate patient care and support hospital operations across all shifts, including every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations.

The role requires a BSN or MSN (preferred), minimum 1 year supervisory or charge nurse experience in acute care, and at least 3 years of acute care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN or MSN, preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or charge nurse in acute care.
• Minimum 3 years acute care experience.
• Licensed PA Registered Nurse with BLS (and ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations on all shifts.
• Provides supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of safe, quality patient care.
• Functions as administrative resource for hospital operations in the absence of Administration.
