Phoenixville Hospital - Tower Health is hiring registered nurses for full-time evening shifts (7P-7:30A) with weekend and holiday rotations. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement nursing care, and document outcomes while serving a diverse population with complex needs.

The role includes administering medications within RN scope and teaching patients and families to understand conditions and self-care. New grads may enter our Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensure as a PA Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Delivers high-quality nursing care through comprehensive evaluations, planning, implementation and documentation.
• Performs patient tests and administers medications within RN scope.
• Promotes patient independence by teaching patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
