Retell AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer fresh out of college to join our enterprise-focused team in Redwood City, CA. You will split time between building production-grade voice AI solutions and working directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tech.

You should have completed internships, enjoy startups, and be comfortable explaining complex concepts. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is expected, with a passion for AI and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate with a strong technical background.
• Completed one or more software engineering internships.
• Able to write production code in Python or JavaScript.
• Interested in startups and working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
• Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
• Learn Retell's platform and contribute to product improvements.
• Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.
