Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineering intern or entry-level engineer to assist in production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and drawings for diverse infrastructure projects in our New York area offices. You will contribute to the delivery of designs, studies, and plans across teams with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Familiarity with design calculations and engineering reports recommended.
• Internship status required (current/former HNTB intern).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with data collection, field investigations, development and design tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned
