Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineering intern to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, reports, plans, and specifications for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with the project team to apply engineering techniques and deliver solutions.

Current or former HNTB interns only; role emphasizes research, development, and execution with support across design files and project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD and strong MS Office skills.
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Assist in preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Support engineering teams with organization and administration of design files.
• Assist in data collection, field investigations, and design development for projects.
• Contribute to project delivery across a range of assignments for HNTB clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
