Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road, part of Austin Industries, seeks entry-level/new-grad engineers for projects in the Austin/San Antonio area. The role offers exposure to Operations, Estimating, Survey, Scheduling, and Engineering, with duties spanning project controls, scheduling, surveying, and basic design.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• New/recent college graduate (August 2026 – May 2027).
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Controls, Scheduling, Surveying, and Engineering tasks.
• Support project teams with policy compliance and training materials.
• Prepare project schedules and assist in calculations and basic design tasks.
• Coordinate with operations and estimating departments as needed.
