Job summary

American Driver LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking CDL A drivers for regional reefer routes near the Dallas–Fort Worth area. New grads ride with a paid mentor before going solo and earn mileage-based pay with steady weekly miles.

Home every two weeks with planned loads, day and night dispatch, and 24/7 support. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A in home state, 21+ years old.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years; DOT physical and hair and urine screen.
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Regional reefer lanes out of the DFW area with home every two weeks.
• Paid mentor training before solo and full solo mileage pay.
• Assigned late-model truck with 24/7 dispatch and weekly pay.
