Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking new CDL holders for eastern regional routes, offering paid mentor training and a guaranteed first 3 months solo pay. You’ll start with a trainer, progress to your own truck, and earn weekly pay with strong home time—about every two weeks.

Expect a starting rate per mile with mileage incentives and a structured orientation process. Drop-and-hook freight, planned loads, and 24/7 dispatch support help you gradually build experience while earning.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair/urine drug test.
• Background check as part of the application.

Responsibilities

• Eastern regional freight with drop-and-hook and live loads.
• Mentor-backed training followed by solo driving in your own truck.
• Planned loads with 24/7 dispatch support.
• Home every two weeks after starting orientation.
