Compensation ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 per week, paid weekly via direct deposit, with medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401(k) plan after 30 days. Trucks are late-model automatics or 10-speeds, with 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and 21+ years old with a clean driving record.
• New grad or verifiable driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years; DOT physical and hair/urine screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional reefer freight out of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Be home every two weeks with planned loads and day/night dispatch.
• Receive paid mentor training before solo and then solo mileage pay.
