Job summary

American Driver LLC in Rutherford County is hiring new CDL‑A graduates for southeast reefer runs. You’ll start with a paid mentor before solo, run live loads and live unloads, and be home roughly every two weeks.

During training you’ll be paid weekly with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first 3 months solo, then about $1,200 weekly after solo, averaging around 2,100 miles per week. Orientation and travel are paid; benefits begin after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from your state of residence, 21+ years old.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated freight on southeast lanes with live loads/unloads.
• Train with a mentor before solo, then drive assigned truck.
• Be home about every two weeks and maintain safety/compliance.
