Job summary

American Driver LLC in Arlington, TN is seeking entry-level CDL drivers for reefer freight runs to the South and Midwest. You will train with a paid mentor, then run solo, earning a guaranteed $1,000 weekly during the first 3 months and $1,300–$1,500 per week once solo. Expect 1,800–2,000 miles weekly and $25 stop pay.

Drivers go home every two weeks or after 34-hour resets. Orientation is covered and you’ll be paid weekly; after 30 days, medical, dental, vision and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience.
• Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive reefer freight daily on the South and Midwest lanes.
• Drop and hook, live loads/unloads and preloads.
• Home every two weeks, or after 34-hour resets depending on lane.
• Learn backing, logs, fueling and trip planning with a driver mentor.
