• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six years of manufacturing experience.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Wants to build team and operational systems from scratch in a new facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee production staff and day‑to‑day manufacturing activities.
• Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Develop SOPs and reports to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; align with business needs.
