Job summary

Mentor Technical Group in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced supervisor for GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, substantial supervisory experience, and a proven ability to manage safety, quality, and documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanic, refrigeration and 7–12 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field preferred; 5 to 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.
• Available to work 12 hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments based on priority.
• Monitor work areas for safety and ensure procedures are followed.
• Review performance and counsel employees to improve skills.
• Ensure documentation and recordkeeping meet client needs.
• Provide technical support to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend project meetings and report status.
• Build client relations and new business opportunities.
• Lead and supervise teams to deliver quality services.
