Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Ponce site facilities and services.
• Ensure safety, compliance (FDA, GMP, ISO, EHS) and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Deliver a safe, inspection-ready facility and manage projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop teams and contractor relationships; drive cost reduction and site growth.
• Oversee space planning, service contracts, and health & safety standards.
• Lead the design and modification planning for facility infrastructure.
