InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking an Area Director to lead a ministry team on college campuses. The role focuses on planting and growing witnessing communities among students and faculty, with a mission to transform campuses for the gospel.

The position is open to full-time and part-time applicants in CT, NH, ME, RI, VT or MA, with compensation that varies by geographic adjustment. Travel and fundraising support are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with campus ministry teams is preferred.
• Ability to develop and coach staff and volunteers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee a ministry team to plant and grow witnessing communities on campuses.
• Inspire, coach and develop campus staff ministers, students, faculty and partners.
• Set annual goals and develop structures to move the mission forward.
• Build productive partnerships with regional and national leaders.
